Standard Chartered Bank Islamabad Hillal Road

One of the best banks operating in Pakistan. They provide very high class service and their staff is very courteous and friendly. I have worked with so many other banks but the kind of response I get from Standard Chartered bank is unmatched. I would suggest and advise everyone to consider using Standard Chartered bank for their personal and business needs.

Overall bank ATM and online services are fine but sometimes when you need to make a bank draft or any pay order, it takes ages. First fill the form, no assistance provided if you have a mistake and then you will have to get sign from the Manager yourself. Manager sahiba Kay bhi alag nakhray Hain. Need to improve customer service.

I went in SCB F11 branch for check deposit just before 12pm on Friday and came out in just 10-15mins. I was thinking that they will say to me that come after Friday prayers but they treated me v.nicely. Thanks!

Banking sector is a mess so expect anything like ATM out of order or bad customer services but that's what we have got in the name of banking. No choice.

Unhelpful and uncourteous staff. Overcrowded due to inefficient and inexperienced employees.

Worst bank, Worst Customer service, and Worst staff that any employer can have! If they treat me who is a long term priority customer with ZERO priority, I can only imagine how they would treat everyone!

I have never seen more pathetic service anywhere else. Counter staff gossiping with each other. Took almost 40 minutes to reach my number from 1604 to 1608.

Extemly unprofessional staff that has zero insight of customer care. I m overseas pakistani and wanted to open an account but i m disappointed esp when i compare them with banking sector abroad. I will strongly recommend a crash course on professionalism to the entire staff of sc at f11. I hope some one will take notice of it otherwise they are going to lose clients with rapid rate.

Useless lazy staff. Will submit a complaint to head office about them. Reviews here say it all. SC is better than what this branch represents. Very shameful.

The staff is reluctant to do their job. It takes hours if you want to deposit or withdraw. And account opening in SC is a mess. Also, I think they should work more on customer service. I have account in other banks like Bank Alfalah and Meezan. Their staff is well trained.
