This is a request to Al-Tawakal Tours & Travels and through them to all other tour operators that please brief all your Umrah/Hajj pilgrims as how to use WC at the airport, inside the plane and at Mecca and Madina Pak because I presume that 80-90% pilgrims are first time users of WC. This is our experience that pilgrims make a big mess inside the bath rooms of air plane and in the bath rooms of their hotels at Mecca and Madina Pak.
