I ordered my medicine and they dont even bothered to call or reply wether it is possible or not. Then i called velancia town branch they said we dont have delivery boy and we told the person who took your order at the head office that this is not be possible to which he replied tell the customer your self and not even forwarded my no. Look at the lack of professionalism. And i kept on waiting until the call i made. Well the velancia town branch arranged a person later But highly unsatisfactory delivery service
