Big disappointment on visit today with the kind of reception received in the kitchen section. It was more of like why the customers have arrived. Also they were denying the discount which at the moment was being displayed on the ground floor digital slider and were not even willing to check and reconfirm the discrepancies (if any) which were being actively promoted on the ground floor.

Good quality furniture at slightly higher prices, but the quality is also very good. Good after sales service as well. They need to bring newer designs more frequently.

Well, they have modern furniture options which are displayed in nice manner. First floor is all kitchen options which you can customize as per your requirements. One thing I didn’t like is that you have to search for sales person and ask for attention to get information. Such an expansive place, you expect proper attention but i felt like going to Resturent where you have to call waiter three times to get a menu card.

In August 2020 I purchased two kitchens for my new house. It has been two years but still they have not been installed yet. I found Interwood extremely unprofessional, scammer and fraudulent. They took full advance payments but their services and appliances are of extreme poor quality. First they caused so many issues in setting up basic infrastructure, gave us wrong configurations; we waited for their teams for weeks to arrive and when they came, they never finished the job. Though I paid in full for everything, but they asked our plumber, electricians and carpenter to do their job and asked us to purchase fittings and materials that they supposed to provide. The appliances they installed were faulty and did not work. The so called new appliances I got in sale are like used ones. Many items like kitchen tabs were missing. Every time they would send a new person who would not understand previous setup and would ask for new things to be installed. They have taken back the faulty appliances but now rather replacing them, they are trying to get them fixed and not letting me know their arrival time. My house is still on hold for years and all other work has been delayed because of them. I am planning to get in touch with consumer court and file an FIR. I would not recommend Interwood ever again.

Top quality, no doubt. But way too expensive...
