Extremely unexperienced and fraudy staff. My wife took hair color services. After discussion when we went in for the session they said that the color we chose lasts 15 days only, so we changed the color on spot which didnt come out good. They said they will not do cut-down they will do pre-color but they did cut down. My wife kept asking what they are doing but they dint reply to any question and just kept saying dont worry. We found out that it was a cut down not precolor. It took them 5 hours just to color prewashed hairs which aren't even shoulder length. The colors were not even so we went in the next day as well to get some fixes.
