I used to go to this mart on regular basis... One time one of the frozen KnN product I purchased from there was bad in taste. It had gone bad. I went to the mart and asked to return it. The guy on counter became rude and didnt return. I was shocked. Fee months before this event, The Fazaldin near Unilever chowk returned bad frozen popshots without any issue.
