Delay in provision of medical summary
On requesting detailed summary for my process performed in Islamabad branch, today is 10th day, there has been no response by the institution, except for call backs saying that we will contact you. I do t need empty call backs but the summary, well trained call staff, but no use if the work is not done. Disappointed.
