Poor service. The staff is RUDE. Someone needs to tell them about customer relation management. If you won't help your customers, might aswell shut down your business. Apart from the rude and un educated staff, they tell you high prices beforehand so if you try to negotiate, you still pay for what THEY want. Setting high prices to make profit is somewhat understandable but treating your customers, who chose YOUR shop to buy, with disrespect is not understandable at all.

Stand has gone down on last 2 years. Service poor.

They only deal in sonex, Master and some other local products that are not even close to good design..

They dont have a backup genrator

Awesome variety under one roof

A big store / showroom of huge collection of tiles, sanitary fittings, bath steamers, jacuzzi tubs, floor panels and furniture (office and home). The variety is awesome, covering almost all the price ranges. Collection of tiles is especially awesome. The staff is also quite helpful and courteous, guiding the customers well.

One of the best tile stores in Lahore which has a very large variety at good prices. It includes tile selections from Pakistan, Spain, China etc The Pakistani tiles are rather impressive and the prices are great. The Sales Executive who served us, Mohammed Yousuf, is a very pleasant professional. I have included pictures of the tile combinations we were interested in. I strongly recommend this store.

There tiles have spacing issues espically under pakistan tiles brand name labeled packing tiles so avoid to buying that brand, conversely would suggest to buy any Good brand tiles like Master, pay little extra but prefer quality instead of saving little money afterwards it cost you lot of hassle and liability on your head. Pros: Enviorment is Good of their showroom seems premium products and staff behavior is good but they will never let you know the impairments of their local brand (Pakistan Tiles). Cons: Quality compromised in the tiles, regretting on my desicion.

Great experience, mage place for tiles and accessories. Huge variety of tiles were there nice experience and easy to pick your desire tiles.

No doubt they have a wide range of tiles , sanitary, lights options but their staff lacks general courtesy
