Excellent service by Ag office and i really appreciate it.But one thing is missing which is complaint against those officers or employees of your office who are not solving the day to day issues of govt. employees.I am from education department and recently in April 2015 got promotion to grade 18.My pay has not been corrected up till now.They use tricks and says that it will be corrected .But so far nothing has been done.So please start complaint service.I am attached to kohat account office and i have already given money to my school clerk for this purpose and still waiting for correct pay.
