They're selling faulty products. Purchased a HP Elitebook from them. Few months after their 1 year warranty expired, the laptop started causing problems: it turns off randomly, doesn't turn on when power button is pressed, sometimes turns on after many tries etc. Got zero customer support from ACOM, who simply told me to go to a laptop repair provider. Also, purchased a laptop battery for my other HP Pavilion laptop. The battery was fake and didn't last 2 months. In fact, I wasn't able to find a genuine laptop battery in entire Hafeez Center. Everyone is selling non-genuine batteries, which they claim are original.

They are rude, obnoxious, and phoney laptop distributors. They do not know how to tactfully deal with their clients. They need develop emotional intelligence and propriety. I would recommend do not buy any laptop from them because I ended up repairing my laptop from the repairing specialist, even though I had a 1-year warranty on CORE i5 10th GEN & they did not give a damn.
