Bought ac and water dispenser from them,though their rate were 1000-1500 rupees above other shop's keeper rate in the vicinity but as i found them educated so thought not to consider this amount as they were very polite and they told me their installer can fit ac as i wanted. I was leaving for abroad so considered this shop as i was thinking that they are very near to my house so if i will hv any problem it could be easily solved with in no time. My main concern was to vacuum the ac line after fitting, installer they sent to my home almost took 5.5 hrs for fitting single unit ,they finished this job around 11pm although i told them that i wanted to finish job in day time i was much worried about the neighbours disturbance InstaInstaller were complete disaster, they didnt hv proper tools and fitting. There was ac hole in the room which was covered and painted from inside i told them to check fm outside and then mark the position to drill from inside so we will not hv to add another hole on same wall but they were not able to find so made another hole whose slop wad upward ,when i told them it should be downward as in other case water will drip inside the room they denied and said nothing will happened, i didnt say much to them as i didnt want to fingure them alot. They took following items fm me rawal plug for ac plate Electric wire extension for drill Insulation tape Flash light for night though i wanted to fit ac in day time. They made my house and specially that room where ac fitted so dirty i cant describe here.took me three hours to clean the room. As per adyala guy i had to pay them 1000 but i paid them 1400 plus set of copper used pipe 10 feet with full insulation Just after few min they left, ac start leaking fm inside so i stopped it,next day i had flight so request both adyala and that guy to come early in the morning to fix the problem but they didnt, when i called installer he said after breakfast he will come but he didnt though i told him about my flight but even after given me words they took some other job and left me like that, later on when i called him he was not picking up my phone ,i went to adyala electronics they promised that installer will come at 2pm but then again he didnt show up,4 pm adyala sent other guy who didnt do any thing but moved pipe from here to there and said now its ok i was also surprised how they made it okany way they left and i kept ac running,after 40min ac again started leaking again then adyala said we are sending guy right now to solve your ac problem but no one came untill i departed from rawalpindi So if u r going to buy any thing becareful as if some thing happened u will be all alone.first i gave adyala 4 star but then changed to 1 star as he was their guy who ruined my ac line for multiple times removal and fitting.and adyala didnt keep their words no one came to me as they promised though they also knew i was leaving, they all are good in talking and nothing more. Finally in evening i called another installer told hime to slop downward for drain and pipe which he did and ac problem solved he took 500 rupees from me So me and my family will think before buying any thing from them in future
