In 1918, Mr. Mohammad Shafi started an enterprise named: GARRISON SURGICAL WORKS, which is known to be the pioneer in the manufacturing of surgical instruments before Pakistan came into being in 1947, then his Son Mr. Mohammad Afzal joined the same company as a partner in 1956, and the establishment; as such AFZAL SAEED MANUFACTURING CORPORATION was founded in 1965, by him.
