Extremely poor customer service the person sitting on the front counter using the computer really needs some serious training. Zero customer service and the behaviour was extremely arrogant either he is very unhappy with his job or needs to move away from customer service.

Worst experience getting Fit-to-fly certificate for international travel. My international travel required this. Called them 1-day before coming if they will be closed on 5th Feb Kashmir day and was told no they are open. Showed up on 5th Feb and they said doctor is off, we changed timelines. Before that, said we don't issue fit-to-fly (after issuing this to me 1 month before from same branch). Is Agha Khan going to reimburse travellers for changing flight and quarantine hotel costs if this costs them?
