The doctor of this hospital is a killer. My baby's nose was closed due to cough. Doctors did so bad. I had to keep my daughter in the NICU for three days.

I recently had delivery of my wife from aghakhan we paid for private n got semi private after long argument bill is been adjusted. In package Child test is been shown done but later when tried to obtain report no proper guidance from laboratory where to receive it some we paid again and some test we redo. 2 days after we went to emergency for er treatment After taking brief consultation with doctor in er we were not satisfied we didn't admitted the child and wanted to leave hospital where security guards terorise me n my wife and asked to wait for co ordinator asghar the prime minister asghar came after 25 minutes and billed us 13500 rs we said what is this price for we haven't admitted the child we only did consultation AS I TRIED TO TO MAKE VIDEO OF BILL MR ASGHAR CORDINATOR ORDERED GUARD TO SNATCH MOBILE THEY PUT HANDS IN MY POCKET AFTER CREATING LONG SCENE HE RECHECKED THE BILL SCRUTINIZE IT AND FOUND ALL CHARGES ARE FAKE NOT RIGHT. HONESTLY IF YOU SEE VIDEO CAMERA INSTALLED IN EMERGENCY AT ER YOU CAN SEE GUARDS TRYING TO REACH MY POCKET. THEY ALSO USE THIS TERM THAT YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO USE CAMERA HERE. I SAID ARE DOING ANY CRIME OR CHEATING PEOPLE THAT YOU AFRAID OF CAMERA. CORDINATOR SAID THIS PAKISTAN. TIMING OF VIDEO YOU CAN BETWEEN 18 date 1130PM TO 12AM 19 date IN NIGHT. This hospital is complete disaster. No proper customer service and uneducated iu nexperience doctors on other hand billinng error are at rise with excess charges customer haven't avail. And security guard are threats to customer as you cannot make mobile video while paying the bill . they snatch your phone if you try to make video.

Very very bad staff. Service disaster. I have a 2 year old boy vomating seriously and their treatment start after 1 hour. God bless my son.

Worst service ever.. They dont know the value of life. Health is just a money making approach to them. My nephew is ill and he is waiting for the doctor from past 3 hours. The staff is least bothered to even attend a child. Is this healing? Is this caring? Such doctor and hospitals are the reason for detoriating health condition of the community. 20th September, 2019: the doctor was not available.. Her attitude was so rude and degrading. Worst service ever!
