I bought a dress for which i got charged extra money. Upon inquiring the customer service, it appeared that even they were not aware. It has been a month that i am writing email and sending messages to their shared watsapp number +92 346 4679926 but all in vain. I am not getting any response. There should have been a black star rating to such businesses which are operating.

The quality of their clothes is really good, however one issue that I have with all of their collections (organza ones) is that they don't come with sleeves. At the very least they could provide us with detached sleeves because it's very hard to find separate lining for the sleeves in a similar quality of fabric as their shirts.
