Very rude staff. Throw fragile packages. Lost so many letters and parcels over the years because of theft. Most likely from same branch. Also, digital scale is also show more weight in grams. Therefore, more postage cost.

As usual I found that iron gate placed at entrance is not working properly as per security measureme

As usual I found that iron gate placed at entrance is not working properly as per security measurements also CCTV system is not available. It's a massive negligence on part of security department who will be responsible if any mishap occurred?????? Moreover poor conditions of cleanliness observed. No SOPs observed in the light of current cinario. Need to be improved.

I have faced 2nd time this problem they accept SSGC bill here but they not send your money to respective department. Luckily they put stamps on bill. Otherwise I have no proof. Make sure when pay bill on Pakistan Post kindly check the stamp. Cargo service are awesome! Staff quite friendly 👍
