Here is the detail, First time ever i experienced a hospital where ELEVATOR is turned off purposely

Here is the detail, First time ever i experienced a hospital where ELEVATOR is turned off purposely almost all the time, on asking, i was told that its only for patients (not for visitors even if they are old) (Have you ever bloody seen that?) . Got an appointment , called from home if the doctor is there, we were told YES, On arriving, they said Dr just left. They called Dr and said "coming in A minute" After 2 Hours of waiting The Dr did not come. Called again through reception and they said " Dr is coming" Now , for last 15 minutes , on January 11th , 9 pm, in cold, with my pregnant wife, waiting outside Dr's office.
