THE STAFF OF AL RAZI NEAR JINNAH HOSPITAL IS BARBARIAN,TERRORIST AND USE TO ABUSE PEOPLE WHAT IS YHE BRAND OF AL RAZI NO ONE SHOULD VISIT THEM FOR TESTS I AM GOING TO SUE AL RAZI IN THE COURTS FOR THEIR STAFF MISBEHAVE,THE DEALING OF STAFF DOES NOT MATCH WITH INTERNATIONAL STANDARDS THEY ARE WORST

The Technical staff/Junior staff/Front Desk employees posted at Al Razi M M Alam Road Lahore are pathetic, rude , showing not a customer care but giving a gloomy picture of autocratic attitude like senior bureaucrats are sitting over there. i happened to be there in collection of some reports on 25/3, 26/3 & thereafter on 27/3. I was there at the MM Alam Road center for an appointment with Dr Fiaz on 9/7/13 at 6 pm. The experience was PATHETIC AND DISTURBING. They kept us waiting for 3 hours, couldn't find the doc, were least courteous and co operative and in the end, simply gave us a refund and no service was provided. In 3 hours, i didn't find ONE satisfied patient and every one was annoyed with the staff and the doctors. I would not recommend AL RAZI to anyone in Pakistan !!
