If we call them modern time thieves would be good.when you reach there for check up their first motive is to put you in emergency for a drip and charge 800 rs in the name of short stay. Other looting tactics are there too. Condition of emergency,general wards and rooms is worst.it gives you feeling of government hospital.

His diagnosis is MashaAllah perfect. He is a practicing doctor and not only a non practicing consultant with heap of degrees.
