Generally is a good bank, but the local branches don't have enough money so whenever you need to withdraw a big amount you have to do it in installments over the course of a few days, or you have to go to a different branch. Also the staff is semi-helpful because they do not provide you with the complete information you need in order to fulfil your request. Not everything is branch staffs fault as Head office also create delays. Overall a good bank, reasonably reliable, been with them for 10+years will continue to be a loyal customer and recommend to family and friends.
