As a foreigner it was quite impressive for them to be able to submit my application for opening account using POC. However, for the account to be regularized as they call it, it took forever! I have to email their complaint department to help me out and that also was done after almost a month because we were listening to the reasons that the branch was telling us. When it comes to services anyway it's perfectly fine for me as I use their app for paying utility bills and transferring some amount. It is seamless for me and very useful. Do let me know if anyone has noticed their emails from the bank if it is encrypted? Because they are not. I want to confirm if everyone else is receiving the same one although I'm sure they are since it's from 1 email provider only.
