Poor service. No token system like that available in other bank branches nowadays. Poor designing with obliquely placed cashier counter and no proper que. People are jumping over each other on the counter. Weird kind of glass cover with obstruction of sound resulting in difficulty communicating with the teller. Very small place under the counter to deal with the teller. Not a good experience at all doing a transaction at this branch.
