Poor Experience sending money from UK

It is about Allied bank Housing Colony I send money to my family and after 5 days of delay by saying they haven’t receive it in the bank finally when they gave it to my family it was 10% less than actual amount. I don’t know how they can say they do not know where the money went. I am UK resident it never happened here but poor service and they do not have quality staff who know things also i recommend to all my international family never send money through Allied bank. * Shit Service *.
