Easy to get appointment at any of its location by making a call at one number. They will transfer it to relevant branch. Nice state of the art facility at F7 that I visited. Doctors are also very courteous with complete care and follow up checkups done after the initial visits.

My respected Sir Abdul Aziz eyes were operated from here. He is quite satisfied of the services.

Drs are here just for trade. They are only concern with the fee. My father was diagnosed wrongly and when cross checked it was otherwise

Saw Dr. Adnan pediatric eye specialist. Did not have to wait long and he was knowledgeable about the child’s eye problem. The only reason I did not give 5/5 is because of his behavior and attitude. He did not explain the patients diagnosis very well, prognosis, etc and did not review all the medications and the purpose of the medications. And he seemed quite annoyed when I asked him questions. I understand that many patients do not have knowledge of medical diseases but I believe part of being a good physician is to explain and help the patient and family understand there disease, it’s called patient education.

The hospital is charging other than the informed amounts. Credibility is compromised. They informed me a fee of 2500 on phone but upon arrival in ISB branch, They demanded 3000.

Don't get a checkup from Dr. Adnan. He has a behavioural issues and he is in hurry to entertain more customers.
