I am going to this library from the year 2009, that was the time when it condition was too good and there was a separate department and lockers for professionals study which was calm and comfortable for university students, also for those who study with laptop. But now in recent years it condition is not good at all, the most of the chairs are broken and management has also removed the professional depart and lockers, just to make it look beautiful. I think its management is gone now.

Good place to study with your own books. The environment is not that good and the seats and tables are very old. But overall a person who is willing to study can study there peacefully and comfortably without getting distracted. There's a mosque and a chai wala nearby. What more can you possibly ask?!
