Had chance to visit this place. It's a hell spot in Sialkot. Staff treat's people like Dogs. Extremely rude and greedy staff. Long queues, unbearably slow process, painful wait to get the token. Govt should take some bold steps in order to make these department perform good also give this staff some customer service training.
