Good place for outing. You get change to visit forces inheritage. its a place where you can visit with your families. Kids enjoy a lot. They can also be able to know deeply their their national heritage. They can get good awareness to their national heroes. It will made them patriot and will enhance their love for Pakistan army.

I haven't anything as beautiful as this Museum. Everything looks realistic, it made me emotional to watch the 3D effects with sound effects in that mini theater. Only an Army Jawan can handle that. Keep it up guys!

Awesome place, they have gathered all the scattered pieces of development of Pak army in one place very beautifully. From history wars to history of corps, from history weapons to details of war tactics...and you can get army's branded stuff as well. Its open Wednesday to Monday, 9.00 am - 4.00 pm, located on Iftikhar Janjua Road, Rawalpindi, access is through CSD parking and ticket is 50 for adults / 30 for children. These pictures are of ground and first floor. There are some outdoor installations as well e.g. Tanks etc however photography is not allowed in the open area.

Pakistan Army Museum (Urdu: پاک فوج متحف) is an army museum located inRawalpindi. It was opened on October 24, 1961to preserve Pakistan Army's past through relics and pictures and is one of the largest museums of Pakistan. The museum also contains rare pieces of old-time arms and uniforms to depict transformation of military forces. Some of the surviving Sherman tanks are a part of the museum's display. Pakistan Army Museum is located in the British-era colonial barracks of the Pakistan Army's General Headquarters(GHQ) complex of buildings.It is a must-see for weaponry and war history enthusiasts. This museum displays arms and ammunition from the Mughal Era and all the way up to modern weapons. Detailed history of the evolution of the Pakistan Army is offered in the new museum building.
