Empty counters even when there are long queues. The last time I was here, It was for one of those Housing Scheme challan payments. Of the numerous courts in the quit late office, only ONE counter was severing those payments! The queue was of about fifty people, and it was taking the guy 5+ minutes serving each! After waiting an hour in the bank and still not halfway though the queue, a dear friend informed me that a different, and way smaller bank nearby was also servicing the same challan all under 1 minute and all the counters were manned. I had the same task done in under 5 minutes.
