Very bad costumer service. One of the salesman was least interested to serve the me. Guy with a small beard showing sarcasm . 0 star . I also visited GENTS new brand I bought pair of shoe for 7500 . Very good customer service I will visit again and again . And I am highly recommending to all .

Worst experience. They gave 1 year warranty but shoes worn out within a week. Once I was buying, I asked them for warranty card; I was told that receipt is enough as a warranty. But once I went to return the shoes, behaviour of staff was really rude and pathetic. They said that its written nowhere on receipt about warranty. So, this is a type of organized fraud. Secondly, they were reluctant to return my money, they were forcing me to buy something else. Highly not recommended
