I am an Australian i have contacted the high commission a few times the service what service all i got was a run around. It is an embarrassment to Australians. I have a question is there any Australians actually working in the high commission ??? This rate and review on here i think is a waste of time ...personally i think no one from the high commission even reads it ....but if they are reading it you need to get your act together, my experience with immigration has left a very bad taste in my mouth ,i have learned a lot over the last few years, You lot think your high and mighty i have been reading some of the reviews the way you are treating people is so bad i am discussed as an australian.

Its Such a Shame that a department of This Size and importance is doing Such an embarrassing Job in terms of answering there clients Phone calls and Emails in a professional manner. Really Hope Things will get better Soon...

I have not received such a poor service in my life. Really pathetic. Once i called no body attended. Second time called saying we only answer calls between 8am to 12pm. Third time called i waited for an hour for somebody to answer my call... Horrible service on planet. Fourth time i called i came to know Monday to thursday....CANNOT believe such services exist these days :-((((((

I wish i can give them 0 star what a pathatic service all girls are uneducated they dont know how to speak in english than hang up the call one of worst service i ever recieved in my whole life i call again and again and no one pick up the call and they pick up the call they intensionally drop call bad aervice ever.
