Food quality is not good. Room service is fine. Hotel is good. Lunch & Dinner is very bad. It seems like they are providing us the old food . Staff was very welcoming and helpful, I would say it’s a 4 star hotel when you compare it with PC Lahore for the following reasons: 1. Rooms aren’t specious 2. Toiletries aren’t of great standard 3. Limited food choices at their restaurants

A renowned hotel in the old center of Lahore, that seems to be a little bit rusty, but still eager to compete. The service experienced is not worthwhile to mention. The area for the breakfast even though big was not able to meet the capacity of the guests. I asked for coffee along my breakfast and the server referred us to the coffee bar to buy it. Hmmm… Next day the server brought us coffee without any problems. The food was good. Bakery items nicely baked with good crunch and flavor. I loved the cheese from the cheese plate. Overall, good but nothing exciting, besides, which is why I am giving it 4 stars, was that the manager offered us to go back to the room (after check-out time), because he saw us waiting in the lobby, until my husband arrived.

Very next choice after famous PC hotel in the town. Mostly known for some of the best dining options. Japanese, Thai food at its best. But it is not good return of the money if spending a night or two. Good location and considering all plus and minuses - will be going there soon

Pleasure visiting there. Use to go there for conferences. Location is very accessable. Staff is supportive and attentive. food is very good in taste. All over not a business hasty management. Try not to compete but maintain their quality of hospitality and food. I would recommend.

Simply amazing!! The best place to workout and grab a bite. The atmosphere is welcoming and the staff is the best trained I've ever come across. I've worked out world over but this place is simply out of this world.
