One star for etimad center. Went there today and had a very bad and hectic experience. There is no information placed on any board. Staff is very incompetent to handle the load. No token display and long ques. When i reported the problem and asked to talk to senior management staff said in sarcastically that we are pakistani. Wasted much more time than passport office. 70+ citizens are exempted from biometric for umrah.
