Nothia park was made by city government of Peshawar in 2007, however the Late Asif Baghi and his colleagues were in efforts from 2002 for making that land as public park, and then after when Asif Baghi was martyred in a bomb blast at Qissa Khani Bazar in 2008with late Capital City Police Officer Peshawar of the that time Malik Mohammed Saad,so by the people of Nothia majority demanded for the name of that park as Asif Baghi Park, this park is a greenhouse in the conjected area of Nothia and people of the local area come to park for greenery enjoyment of weather . .
