It's a developed project as of now just like other bahria projects. However, it's too far from Lahor

It's a developed project as of now just like other bahria projects. However, it's too far from Lahore city center, if you're doing a job in Gulberg and you plan on living here you'll only be commuting most of your time. There's only one mart in the market which means you'll have to visit the city for day to day necessities. Security seemed to be a concern here. If you have excess money and you can forget about it for good about 5 years then yes make an investment there but still with caution.
