Mentioned phone number doesn't work, the branch is extremely slow on processing any query. If a branch takes 2 days to process a query it takes 10 days to process the same thing.

Very bad staff. Even they did not do their duties properly. I submitted record update form to update

Very bad staff. Even they did not do their duties properly. I submitted record update form to update the record, they did not even forward the form to the concerned branch and update the customer record. Timeline given was 1 week but now 3 weeks have passed. Very dissapointed by the staff.
