Poor customer service.I went for bill payment and biometric.without properly listening to me the person on counter started talking about finger prints and NADRA.just wow.....No one can open a bank account without identity thru NADRa.and then sent me to a lady who was already talking to a customer rudely.I gave a newborn of one month.i could not wait for such rubbish behavior and came out without anything done. Disappointed

A visit to this branch for account opening felt like HBL was patronizing me. Poor customer service. No sense of customer care and guidance in account opening. The personnel responsible for account opening must be trained in People skills such as communication (Urdu or English or Punjabi whatever), provision of information, etc.
