Bank Alfalah Abbottabad Main Banch

The bank Alfalah has a Very beautiful building situated at Mansehra road near Sui gas office at Jab pul Abbottabad. It was rendering best services for quite some time where customers were being treated very professionally but may be after change of management the situation is no more the same. Now the staff do not give proper attention to their clients. Whenever one enters this branch the staff is always engaged with their mobile. It is my humble request for the management not to allow use of mobiles to its staff during banking hours. ATM remains out of order most of the time.

Pathetic service. Average wait time is 2 hours based on my four visits to the branch. On top of that the behaviour of staff is unsatisfactory. There are no facilities for disabled customers in the building. I saw two people carrying an elderly person to the teller on a wooden chair. On my entry the receptionist gave me a hand written token but the token sequence was not being followed by the customer service staff, and there was no queue management system in the bank. Safety protocols SOPs were not being followed completely, no social distancing was maintained in the branch compromising the safety of clients. Copies of newspapers and other flyers were available for customers which is strictly prohibited in current pandemic situation as can transmit viral infections. Some bank staff and customers were not even wearing a mask. Very slow, poor and bad service. Not recommended to open account with Bank Al Falah Abbottabad.

I visited there and found not to follow SOP regarding of Covid-19 , when I spoke to security at the gate then rude on me. Very disappointed with their services and safety rules. Hope for good

Totally disappointed from the bank services. I've thought it's a private bank, and will more energetic and quicker in solving customer problems. It took more than 15 days to just open an account. Still waiting to get online access.

Extremely poor service infact the worst ever experience I always have, in comparison to any other bank. I have been sending my office's new employees to open a bank account here, it always takes more than a month to open the acount then they would go back and forth multiple times to the branch to receive a cheque book or atm card, which is an extremely tiring and hectic process. There biometric verification takes like forever to work. Extremely disappointed with their pathetic most service and the system.
