Environment and interior of bank branch is awesome. For depositing utilities or credit card bills one has to visit a branch and there is no alternate available like depositing through ATM machine or using Internet banking to transfer the cash from other bank. It takes a bit longer to wait in queue and making a transaction. Add the delay printing a transaction receipt.

I worked in F11 and went to the bank to open a new account. The person who was handling the new accounts showed a very casual behaviour. First of all he was worried why his wasn’t charging. Then he turned his attention towards me and asked me we don’t have some forms today, come tomorrow. Like it’s your main F11 branch and you don’t have form? It’s a digital era and anyone can print it. Don’t know why they are ao fed up with the customers.
