Outclass banking the Staff is very humble & cooperative.moreover they offering Islamic banking (Assets based financing).No credit card is offered by them fake post updated by the local Guide.it's Land coverd 2 Acra (16)kanal Approx & have big lawn (Badminton court )for the staff and hav 200 car parking capacity, one of the big building of any financial Institute in Lahore.

One of the worse banks out there. Applied for a credit card based on a referral. Their credit card team are incompetent at best, who do not understand privacy, ethics and how to look after a customer. They shared my contact number with other banks for marketing purposes, which I never consented too. They harass the references you give by calling them randomly, without even giving me a chance to inform my references of it. They lied that they verified my previous employer by a telephone call (as I confirmed this with my previous employer that they never called). These are just some of the issues in a long list of issues. All in all they wasted 3 months and in the end they expected me to again provide updated information like bank statement, payslip etc to which I refused as they wasted time not me. If you want a credit card there are more better banks out there. Bank alfalah will only end up wasting your time with their incompetence staff and ridiculous processes. At least I am satisfied that I didn't become (nor will I ever become) a customer of bank alfalah.
