I visited the Bank Alfalah branch adjacent to Beech tree on university road. The office is small but found staff very cooperative. They were following COVID SOPs and were providing masks to the customers who were not wearing the masks. The credit card management is not available here. On inquiry, the branch manager politely guided me about the Bank Alfalah card center in saddar which specifically deals with credit cards customers. The bank Alfalah has improved much especially their Alfa App and Alfa Mall is good option for installments plans with zero mark up.
