Beware!! Its a scam, the only thing this branch operators know how to block your account so you cant use your very own money. Its the worst bank ive come accross in my entire life with bunch of morons, non professional, non serious and most incompetent employees with no oversight.

The worst experienced bank I've ever come across in my 65 years of life. My locker was blocked for NO fault of mine. I had the account with the same branch with enough balance, yet my locker was blocked for no payment- astonishingly with a reasonable fine. When I approached the branch, though they permitted me to open locker but asked me to apply for remission of the imposed fine. Reluctantly for none of my fault, I put up the application in March 2021 but till date 10 May 2021, the said fine has yet to be credited to my account. Over and above all, my account has been locked for credit without any notice to me stating any reason thereof. Both I and my wife are Tax Filers and I submitted the relevant documents with the branch but onto deaf ears. So far I have made hundreds of calls to the bank but to No avail. I want to approach State Bank of Pakistan alongwith submitting of all details of my calls to call center as well as the Islamia Road branch for the needful but there seems to be procedure to check the day's work by the Manager Operations or other supervisory staff. A sarafa bazar agent in Khyber Bazaar may be better performing than this pitiable bank. I'm totally disappointed with the working n operation of Bank Alfalah..

Bad experience cell no always off and ad wrong number

The worst ever bank, I have waited an hour to deposits the money and the queue is still for another one hour and half and by then the bank will be closed and we will have to come back again. Very very lazyyyy staff I will never recommend it to anyone.
