It is the worst branch of Alfalah i have ever visited,i have closed my one account from here and planning to close the other one soon.The ATM is usually out of order and when it is working it always gives out electric shock on pressing the keys!!!!! and i have personally reported the issues so many times but nobody does anything! Worst experience ever.

People of this bank encourage the customers to invest money in their bank. Once the customer does this, all the money is looted by their employees within the bank premises. A similar case happened with me and I've been running to the FIA on my own and this bank didn't assist me in any regard. Though me and my whole family was their customer since 14 years. A big NO NO!

Pathetic service. Went to open new account but there machines were not even turned on at even 9:30. There Tab from where they open new account not even charged, n said me to wait for tab to charge. Overall worst experience

I shifted to lahore from Karachi and gave the request of change of address while i was in karachi. It was not updated. Then i sent the request again in Lahore but of no use. Then after 1 year bank sent my debit card to Karachi address. I again sent the change of address request and i got my card at Lahore address. Now after 1year of receiving my card i came to know that again address is not updated and still the bank has my karachi address. And now they have blocked my account and card with out mentioning me . I m reallllllllllly upset with your poooooooooooor bank services. Cant you message me on 8287 about this blocking . Saima Beg

Good service. Big brand name and infact value giving staff. They should work on their no of branches in Pakistan. Otherwise they are going good.
