Bank Islami has developed a good repute overall but this branch has rude and bad mouthed telephone operator. Mind you, you have to walk up to branch for every little thing which could be done on telephone call. Poor at serving customers. PS. Manager please discipline your telephone operating staff. They are just ruining your branch.

I am an account holder of Bank Islami since last 10+ years. I visited this branch to use ATM on Monday 5th April around 1.30 pm. ATM was initially slow and after 3 minutes sent out the card by displaying Controller ....... After 3 attempts, it give me access to write desired amount but the message displayed was that ATM is out of Cash. I wanted to talk on hotline phone placed in the both but it was non functional. Further ATM No was also not mentioned. I went inside and complained to the staff, they directed me to the counter to get the cash from there. The biometric machine there was out dated and was unable to detect my finger prints after numerous tries. I asked the staff to replenish the ATM to which they replied that they dont have cash and it might take time for cash to arrive. They checked the cash in ATM and said trying to make two transactions of Rs 12500, which also failed due to the same reason. Today i went to my Chaklala branch to check whether there is a problem with my fingerprints and upon first try on biometric machine it detected the finger prints. It confirmed that machine placed in Peshawar Road Branch Chour Chowk is outdated and so is their administration/management, which could not facilitate cash withdrawal even after spending about 45 minutes there. On top of all when i called from my help line they were unable to find this branch in their list of branches.
