Good meal, however dessert was another story !! Trifle was on the menu which I haven't seen on a menu for a long time so decided to give it a go. Unfortunately, while the top part of the trifle was well set, the bottom had turned to liquid We had a fabulous dinner in this very relaxing environment! The free courtesy bus was a bonus and the staff were very friendly and great at making us feel welcomed and we were well looked after. The music was just perfect and the food was great We have been going to the Montville Pub for years as part of our annual New Years bushwalk and lunch expedition. The service is very friendly and meals are served quickly. The meals are large and delicious. They have recently (sometime in 2018) adjusted the menu to revise their offering. The famous Wagu burger is smaller and slightly refined but the taste is exceptional. The salt and pepper calamari is a huge serve and the Greek salad is exceptional. There is off street Parking next to the pub behind the top of the town centre.
