Horrendous service. This is by far the worst experience I have had with any online shopping service. Order was placed 6 weeks ago and despite dozens of emails, WhatsApp messages and Facebook messages there was no reply on why there is such a huge delay. Calls are never picked up. After 6 weeks, I received an email saying that order has been cancelled. No reason and no way for me to recover the time lost. Unacceptable.
