Unfortunately, when the shop was under supervision of Mr. Gulzar, it was way better in dealing with customers. But after his sad demise the new management is rigid, arrogant and has bad attitude with customers. They have good quality produced but they lag in dealing with clients

I had to think a few times before posting because this is one of the oldest music stores in the city and musicians have good memories associated with it. They have good stock but the customer experience is just horrible - and I'm only posting this because it was the third bad experience there in recent memory. We went to buy an amp and were looking at some of the other stock, one of the sales staff would constantly stare us down, keep telling us we "better" be careful with the equipment and his tone was like a lecture. We didn't really react and assured him if anything is damaged we would obviously pay (it goes without saying really). It was almost like he wasn't interested in making a sale. Even when the other staff member tried to facilitate us - he was talked down by the other staff member. I can understand selling music equipment in Pakistan but most instruments aren't exactly cheap - you'd expect customer experience thats at par.

One of the oldest shops in Karachi. Dates back more than 40 years of being on Tariq Rd as ai know, however, changed its previous location to the new one as here. Full of musical instruments with authentic brands and even copies.
