Location and the place itself is nice. The only disappointment was the staff. When we went to check in they said rooms aren't available but after less then an hour we booked it online and they suddenly they had a bunch of rooms available. Should simply ask people for nikah papers or whatever straight up rather then bsing about no rooms.

Such a great place to live with family. House keeping,room service and front office staff is very cooperative. Location is very good.I'll recommend my other friends to go and stay.

This is a cozy boutique hotel in a central location of Islamabad. Literally walking distance from Centaurus mall and cinemas. The rooms are clean and equipped with iron, hairdryer, and the most comfortable bed! The staff is super hospitable and so well trained. The complimentary breakfast is pretty good too!

Good room and general upkeep. Complimentary breakfast is arranged in a small space with limited options and quantity and recharge is very slow. Very well maintained landscape at the surroundings.

I had great experience there. Their prices are very reasonable as compared to their services and place. I face just one issue of parking. They don't have gated parking. Other than that give this place a chance and you'll love it. Rooms are very cozy, water heating in winters, laundry facility, snacks in rooms, Apple TV & Netflix, iron table and iron in each room, these are some of the highlights. Complementary breakfast is best. And one more tip, in breakfast don't make separate tea, ask them for dodh Patti, you'll love that. Thanks

Had a lovely stay at Bella Hotel. The service was immaculate. Even though it was December and very busy the staff specially Mr. Irtiza was on top of things and very helpful. Would love to stay again.

Been staying here since 2014 Nice clean place, definitely amongst the best guest houses available Excellent location, easy access to all the major go to places and the motorway. They have increased their rates over the years but its well worth the price

I'm really surprise to stay at Bella Hotel, it's 5 Star hotel at most lucrative location at Faisal avenue just 500 meters away from Centaurus Shopping mall, few kilometers before Faisal Masjid.
