Human Resources Management provides an overview of the human resourcesmanagement function as it relates to achieving an organization’s goals and strategic objectives.The objective of this course is to inform you with regards to the central issues and tasks of human resourcemanagement in terms of aligning human resources strategy with that of the organization.
