Recently visited the restaurant for Hi Tea. The ambience and service was good but the food content and quality was just okay. Their Hi Tea menu needs more variety. Till then, they will not have repeat customer visits.

Review

Very good service, ambience and professional staff. Rooms are well furnished and cleaned. Washrooms are also well maintained. Guest is provided with vanity kit, shaving and dental kit, shampoo, body lotion and comb. Decent buffet is served in breakfast. Rooms have minibar as well. Tea, fruit basket and water is complementary. Had a great experience overall.

Ambience is great.... Staff courteous, but can be a bit over courteous..... Main course was great but soup of poor quality.... Gave feedback to chef, may take it positively

This place doesn't worth 17000. I mean for what are you charging that much? In that much price atleast mini bar should be free but you charge every single penny for it, patgetic service they will call you again and again to ask when you are leaving, seems like torturing you to LEAVE. NOT?0. 01% Protocol like it should be in luxury hotel, common these charges are of PC and serena, but you are chargung for a building behind plaza, which is hidden not any single thing fansy dirty carpets the only thing good was bed ac and washroom, which you can get in the hotel charging 3k for a day. And advise the man who opens the door and wears different suit, goes wuth you in the lift to show room idk even if he is manager or not but advise him to STOP ASKING PERSONAL QUESTIONS. And yeah guys if you are visiting this place, you will have to call ropm service again and again atleast twoce kr thrice, to get the thing you want, they won't come on first call they'll just say ok we are coming but they won't. Why would i like to share anything personal with that guy? Please, imporove services or charge about 6k because you deservw only that much. Even wifi doesn't worj propwrly, change ptcl wifi to Nayatel kindly. Improve yourself otherwise in that much price you are not worth visiting

In the centre of city. Good parking system. Modest dining hall. Also many confetence rooms .
