Bhatti gym experience was very good. Gym is run by professionals so they are highly focused on quality. Machines are also new and working fine.. i have seen many gyms internationally so found it to be at par with international standards. Big air coolers are used for ventilation, wish they had air conditioning. However in there price range still good enough.
